About Soualiga Youth Basketball Association

The Soualiga Youth Basketball Association (SYBA) is part of the St. Maarten Basketball Federation. The association is responsible for the development of 5 on 5 basketball on St. Maarten. Previously known as 'District Basketball', the association, after approximately seven (7) years of dormancy, elected a new President and board to revive its activities. This year, we are focused on registering teams to participate in the hosted league games, acquiring sponsors, growing membership, and establishing relationships with the schools.
