About CIFSEF Leaders for Change

At The Caribbean Institute For Social Education Foundation, we offer in-person professional skill development courses in the areas of soft skills development and productive tools. We aim at providing people with the opportunity to become or enhance their self-efficacy, confidence, and productivity. Subsequently, increasing your overall employability in the marketplace. On the other hand, Leaders for Change has a communal mandate to assist vulnerable groups such as the homeless, seniors, and single-parent households in providing basic livelihood needs. We have distributed hot meals, food parcels, household items, and clothing to vulnerable people in the community. Through collaboration and consultation with Sint Maarten's Government, local and regional ngos, and private persons/entities, it has positively propelled our movement in supporting vulnerable people in the community.
We are a collective movement of people that share a common interest in supporting vulnerable persons in the community. But this is only possible with donations or funding received to make our visión for a better St. Maarten possible.
