Are you ready for the beach clean-up Saturday October 1st?
Well, get excited because the Nature Foundation and Port St. Maarten are asking you to come out and help clean up Great Bay Beach with us!! There will be drinks, croissants and more sponsored by CC1 and CostULess!
Do a good deed, have fun and enjoy delicious goodies while at it! See you Saturday the 1st!
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:Great Bay Beach, we meet at the Captain Hodge Pier
𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐞: Saturday,October 1st 2022
𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞: 8-10am
𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐲𝐨𝐮: Sun protection, reusable water bottle and close-toed shoes
𝐖𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞: Water to refill reusable bottles and all clean-up materials!
After the clean-up, there will be small 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝟏𝐬𝐭, 𝟐𝐧𝐝, & 𝟑𝐫𝐝 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬 for whoever picks up the most trash.
The Nature Foundation partnered with DCNA and In-No-Plastic to decrease the amount of plastic in St. Maarten. In-No-Plastic is a three-year project funded by the European Union in an H2020 research project.
